Lee is a britsh Physician
and Computer Scientist.
In the 80s he realized, like many
others, that
data exchange between different
countries was very cumbersome
due to different network
structures.
His goal was to be able to link any document to
any other internationally. With this intention
he designed a new digital information network.
With the mark up language html and the protocol of
transfer http he made it work to connect sites on the
first webbrowser ever, the World Wide Web
